Elixir’s flagship coating seals the entire string inside an impermeable barrier which keeps outs all moisture, oils, and dirt - the stuff that usually kills strings. This means the strings can last up to 3x longer - well, that’s the official line, however we have evidence of Elixir strings lasting well over a year! If you would prefer to provide your own strings, please choose the option when booking. Please note that this appointment is for you to bring your guitar into us. The work will be carried out after the appointment. Turnaround time is 7 to 10 days but is often quicker. This will be discussed at your appointment.
